Commitment: Two half day sessions

Day 1

  • Understanding your patterns through mindfulness

  • Learning how to accept the moment with self-compassion

  • Learn how to be with yourself when difficult emotions arise instead of using unhealthy coping strategies

  • Identifying your core values in life

  • Introduce the Wise Effort Matrix
