The Simply Pause Solution was developed by Cheryl Shah, a veteran Corporate Finance Leader of 28 years, who found herself suffering from overwhelm and burnout amidst her career. In 2014 Cheryl took on a practice to better her relationship with workplace stress and developed a practical way of implementing lasting change to increase focus, productivity, resilience, and overall balance. The results were so profoundly transformative, prompting requests for guidance over the past decade, and launching a career as a Certified Senior Program Designer and Facilitator.
